Meta Dram Terms of Service

- Introduction
Welcome to Meta Dram, operated by Where LTD, located at 9 High Street, Aberdour, Fife, KY3 0SH, United Kingdom. These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the Meta Dram website (“Website”) and the services provided through it (“Services”). By accessing or using the Website and Services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with these TOS, please refrain from using the Website and Services.
- Acceptance of Terms
By browsing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these TOS. If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these TOS. Meta Dram reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified TOS.
- Purpose of Services
Meta Dram offers Services that allow users to purchase physical assets such as whisky casks, bottles, and digital products. These Services involve the purchase of alcoholic beverages and are intended for adults of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. Users can purchase a blockchain-based token representing the asset and redeem it for delivery. Meta Dram is not responsible for claims made in collections issued on the platform by individual issuers.
- Use of Website
The Website is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind. Users are granted a limited licence to use the Website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorised use of the Website, including copying, distributing, or modifying its content, is prohibited. Users may not engage in illegal or inappropriate activities while using the Website.
- Payments and Sale of Alcohol
Users may access certain Services by creating an account and providing necessary information. Payment for tokens may be made using accepted methods, including cryptocurrency. By purchasing a token, users represent that they are of legal drinking age and legally permitted to receive alcohol. Meta Dram does not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for tokens.
- Prereleases
Meta Dram may offer prerelease tokens for products that are not yet bottled. By purchasing a prerelease token, users acknowledge that the token represents a product that will not be available for shipping until after the bottling date specified by Meta Dram. Users agree to wait until the product is bottled and ready for delivery before redeeming their token.
- Redemption and Revocation
Upon redemption of a token, users take title to the alcoholic beverage product, assuming associated risks and responsibilities. Users are responsible for compliance with all applicable alcohol beverage, importation, and customs laws. Meta Dram may revoke tokens for violations of these TOS or other reasons, without refund.
- Purchase Conditions and Compliance
Users must provide accurate information and comply with anti-money laundering laws and regulations. By registering an account, users agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of their account. Meta Dram may request additional information and documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Website and its content are owned by Meta Dram or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute Website content without prior consent. Meta Dram trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission.
- Representations and Warranties
Users acknowledge the risks associated with purchasing tokens and agree to comply with applicable laws. Meta Dram disclaims warranties related to tokens and the Website’s operation. Users release Meta Dram from any claims arising from disputes with third parties.
- Limitation of Liability
Meta Dram’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Meta Dram is not liable for damages arising from Website downtime, errors, or third-party actions. Users are responsible for any taxes associated with their use of the Website and Services.
- Act of God
Meta Dram is not responsible for damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters and government actions.
- Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Meta Dram harmless from third-party claims arising from their use of the Website and Services.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These TOS are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Scotland.

These TOS constitute the entire agreement between users and Meta Dram regarding the Website and Services. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Meta Dram may block or terminate access to the Website for violations of these TOS.
